After obtaining a cum laude MSc degree in Marketing Management and a cum laude LLM degree in Corporate Law at the Erasmus University, Fleur Osté gained international FMCG experience at Procter & Gamble, AkzoNobel and Unilever in the fields of Food & Refreshment and Beauty & Personal Care. She is currently a Brand Manager at Unilever with a passion for sustainable business strategy and turning SDG’s into a business case. 

Besides Unilever responsibilities, she holds various external roles: Dutchtainable at Stichting Dutchtainables: showcase and scale sustainable Dutch solutions; One Young World Ambassador; Company Ambassador Nederland Cares.Fleur was the Unilever representative at Young Talent Award at Top Women of the Year-award and recipient of the Professor H.W. Lambers Prize for outstanding graduating student.
