Upprinting Food

In restaurants in the Netherlands 55 million kilograms of food are thrown away each year. Upprinting Food focuses on using residual food products to create delicious tasting and looking foods. We learn restaurants to create new value to the food they often throw away, by working with the 3D food printer. Also, we collaborate with chefs in designing unique shapes that really fit their dishes. This way, we help them to reduce their food waste and to create a real dining experience.
