One third of all food production is wasted. Think of fruit and vegetables with a different shape and fish that doesn't fits the standard packaging. We collect these products in our Food Rescue Center. On our B2B online platform we show what currently needs to be rescued. Chefs order daily, and the next day it's delivered, just like their regular wholesaler. We currently rescue 30.000 kilos per month with around 50 chefs, and every week new restaurants and caterers are joining.
